As we enter Week 3 of the 2019 NFL preseason, big-time position battles are starting to be decided, and that’s perhaps no more pressing than with the Washington Redskins. Keenum has been steady when on the field in the preseason, as expected for the veteran. As for the Redskins first-round pick, Haskins, he’s had his share of growing pains. At the same time, though, the Ohio State product has still flashed brilliance. If he can put together a standout game against Atlanta, Jay Gruden could have a tough decision to make.

There’s not a whole lot to see from the Falcons in this game. We know what Matt Ryan, Julio Jones and company are about. This game is mostly about starting to get into a rhythm and to fill out the depth chart to the best of the coaches’ abilities.
